If you want to change to a yallo Home Internet product (e. g. Home Max Fiber, Home Max Cable), you have to cancel the services (e. g. internet, TV, fixednet telephony) you receive from your previous provider yourself.

No, you have to cancel the contract, including the services (e.g. internet, TV, landline telephony) provided by your previous provider, yourself. Please note your notice periods here

We strongly recommend you to cancel your previous internet contract before ordering with us. If you haven’t done so, please do so immediately to avoid delays and getting more bills than necessary.

None of our internet products include landline telephony. Therefore, no transfer of your landline number can take place.
