Will my internet contract with my previous provider be automatically terminated?
No, you have to cancel the contract, including the services (e.g. internet, TV, landline telephony) provided by your previous provider, yourself. Please note your notice periods here
Do I have to cancel before or after placing an internet order ?
We strongly recommend you to cancel your previous internet contract before ordering with us. If you haven’t done so, please do so immediately to avoid delays and getting more bills than necessary.
Can I transfer my landline telephone number when ordering an internet product?
None of our internet products include landline telephony. Therefore, no transfer of your landline number can take place.
Do I also have TV with my Internet product?
TV is only included in our Internet +TV subscriptions. Check out our current offers on our overview page.
