Price adjustment for yallo mobile subscriptions as of 1 August 2026
- yallo offers high-performance mobile and broadband connections. Independent tests have consistently confirmed a leading level of quality for years.
- To continue offering customers the highest quality level for data-intensive applications and the growing use of digital services, while also meeting the increasing demands placed on performance, stability, cybersecurity and resilience, yallo is adjusting its subscription prices.
- The adjustment ranges from CHF 0.50 to CHF 2.00, depending on the subscription. For most subscriptions, the adjustment will amount to CHF 1.00.
- yallo prepaid offers, additional services/options and device instalments are excluded from the price increase.
As of 1 August 2026, yallo will adjust the prices of its mobile subscriptions. All price changes apply to both existing and new subscriptions. Customers affected will be notified in writing from 1 June 2026.
With this price adjustment, yallo is ensuring that network infrastructures and digital services continue to be provided to the highest standard. The demands placed on performance, stability, cybersecurity and resilience of network infrastructures continue to grow.
yallo uses Sunrise’s mobile and broadband fixed network, which has offered a leading level of quality for years, as confirmed by independent tests. Sunrise provides the largest 5G network in Switzerland and is the only provider to offer a nationwide 5G standalone network. With its fixed-line broadband connections, Sunrise reaches the most Swiss households and businesses with gigabit-speed connections.
Sunrise continues to invest in expanding and modernising its networks and IT infrastructures. Like other telecommunications providers both in and outside Switzerland, with this price adjustment Sunrise is incorporating some of the associated costs into the monthly subscription base fees.
Details of the price adjustment for our mobile subscriptions
The monthly base fees will increase as follows:
- CHF 0.50 for the data subscriptions Go!, Go! Max and Go! S
- CHF 2.00 for the mobile subscriptions BLACK Max, BLACK Plus, Superfat Plus, Superfat XL, Superfat XXL, Top Europe, Europe Plus, Europe Max and Travel Max
- CHF 1.00 for all other mobile subscriptions, excluding yallo Zero
- The price adjustment applies to the monthly base fee of the subscriptions/list price
- Existing discounts remain unchanged

FAQ
Which products are affected or not affected by the price increase?
The monthly base fees for Go!, Go! Max, and Go! S will increase by CHF 0.50, while BLACK Max, BLACK Plus, Superfat Plus, Superfat XL, Superfat XXL, Top Europe, Europe Plus, Europe Max and Travel Max will increase by CHF 2. All other mobile subscriptions will be adjusted by CHF 1, except for yallo Zero, whose prices will remain unchanged. There are no price increases for TV, Internet, and prepaid offers, as well as for installment payments for devices and options.

I have a lifetime discount. Will it still be valid?
The discount keeps the same absolute value and duration. The monthly fee of your subscription increases.
Example: If the list price is CHF 50 and you get a discount of CHF 25, the list price increases by CHF 1, so your new list price will be CHF 51 and your new discounted price will be CHF 26.
Will there be any changes to options or installment payments for devices?
No, all previously chosen options and installment payments for devices will remain the same.
How will the price increase appear on my bill?
The price increase is shown in the recurring monthly fee of your subscription. If you have multiple active subscriptions, the monthly fee for each subscription will increase accordingly.
Prices will increase starting 1 August, so you will see the price adjustment for the first time in your August bill.
Can I change my existing subscription?
Absolutely! We aim to offer you the best value for money for your subscription. You can change your subscription at any time.

I have an open order. Will the price increase?
Yes, the price adjustment also applies to open orders.
Example: If you ordered a product on 15 May 2026, and it's activated on 15 August 2026, the price will increase.
Why is yallo increasing prices?
Data usage continues to increase steadily. Digital services and their expansion continue to grow. Consequently, the demands placed on the performance, stability, cybersecurity and resilience of IT and network infrastructures are growing. These demands have become even more pronounced due to global geopolitical developments.
yallo offers the highest performing IT and network infrastructures. In order to meet the ever-increasing demands whilst continuing to offer customers the highest quality mobile and broadband networks, yallo is adjusting its plan prices.
When will I see the price increase on my bill?
The price adjustment applies from 1 August 2026. You will see the adjusted price for the first time in your August bill.
Can I object to the price increase or cancel my contract?
If you are affected by the price adjustment, you will be notified via your invoice. From the date you receive this information, you are entitled to a special right of termination and may cancel the contract with effect from 31 July 2026.
Cancellations must be made either by telephone (0840 00 33 77) or via yallo Chat. For further information, visit www.yallo.ch/cancel.
Cancellation notices sent by post or email are not valid. For cancellations involving number porting, written notice of cancellation will still be accepted, provided that it is submitted electronically by the new provider on behalf of the customer as part of the porting process. In all other respects, the provisions regarding the right of termination set out in clause 19 of the yallo GTC apply.
Isn’t yallo obliged to accept written notices of cancellation? Isn’t there a court ruling on this?
We will appeal against the ruling. It contradicts an earlier court ruling on the same matter. Therefore, our policy remains unchanged until a new final and enforceable ruling is issued. Notices of cancellation sent by post or email will continue to be invalid. If you are affected by the price adjustment, you will be informed via your invoice. From the date you receive this information, you have a special right of cancellation and may cancel the contract with effect from 31 July 2026.
